Shayne N. Edson was affected personally by narcissistic abuse for approximately the first forty years of his life: not only by his NPD biological mother, but also by his NPD biological brother, malignant golden child biological sister, and even to some extent by his enabling codependent biological father. Resulting in his personally experiencing for many years complex PTSD, depression, and almost self annihilation. Until he started looking for answers as to just what it was that he couldn't quite seem to put his finger on, yet unconsciously seemed to sense and know. Resulting in him not only healing from the negative impact of lifelong narcissistic abuse, but getting to a place where he was able to thrive on a daily basis. He doesn't simply talk the talk.
