She is a graduate of Davidson College and Georgia Tech and currently lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with her husband and two cats.
Meredith Atwood is an attorney, author of two books (Triathlon for the Every Woman: You can be a Triathlete. Yes. You, and The Year of No Nonsense: How to Get Over Yourself and on with Your Life, and four-time IRONMAN triathlete.
