Author Biography
Peter Keen is the author of fifty books on innovation in technology and business. He has been a professor at Stanford, Harvard and MIT in the US and at leading universities in Mexico, Europe and Asia. He brings this international perspective and broad experience to his writings on tea. Heroines of Tea is his third book with two in press. He is a Contributing Editor for Tea Journey magazine, a leading online periodical and Tea Editor for STiR magazine, the industry news publication. Peter's research, writing and interntional teaching and public speaking take a multidimensional view of tea: its historical impacts in such areas as nutrition, war, trade, science and the arts and its more future-oriented developments in biogenetics, mitigation of climate change and market and production innovation.
