Además, es autora de los libros Energía curativa, Manual de herbolaria y Chakras. Tiene más de treinta y cinco años de experiencia en el campo de la medicina holística y la investigación. A los veintidós años, los Coras de la sierra de Nayarit reconocieron en ella las señales chamánicas. Y, después de haber sido iniciada como chamán, recibió la enseñanza directa de sabios, chamanes y guardianes de la tradición mexicana, en especial la de don Faustino Rodríguez, antiguo guardián de los volcanes Popocatépetl eIztaccíhuatl. Su experiencia como sanadora y terapeuta holística, así como sus investigaciones independientes, le han permitido profundizar en el conocimiento del cuerpo físico, emocional y energético para desarrollar su propio sistema de curación con energía: TEOS, el Tejido Eónico de Sanación.
