Author Biography
Rae-Anne is a speaker, coach, writer and mental health educator. Although not formally diagnosed until the age of 47, she has lived with depression and anxiety for most of her adult life. Rae-Anne lives in Adelaide, Australia with her husband Shanton. She has two adult children who make her proud every day and two gorgeous grandchildren. When she's not in Bali (she goes there a lot) she can usually be found drinking tea, talking too loud and buying more books than she can ever read.
