If I can pass down any advice, it would be two things. First, once you set your mind to something, stick with it. Stand strong and know that in times where you feel alone, all it takes is speaking up, and you will see there are many people out there not all that different than yourself. Second, do not try too hard to get empathy from everyone in your life. People can only give what they have. The same goes for empathy. Those who do not possess it cannot hand it out.
