Author Biography
Florencia Roca, Ph. D.: Florencia es Directora del Departamento de Finanzas en la Escuela de Negocios de la Universidad Francisco Marroquín, en Guatemala. Tiene un Ph. D. en Finanzas de la Universidad del Cema, Argentina, y un Certificate in Management de M.I.T. Sus áreas de investigación incluyen las finanzas para emprendedores, el análisis de riesgo de inversiones y el value-based management. Es profesora de Finanzas Corporativas en el MBA de la Universidad Francisco Marroquín, y tiene también las cátedras de Financial Management en el Swiss Management Center (Zürich) y de Evaluación de Proyectos en el Postgrado de Agronegocios de Fundación Libertad (Argentina). Su libro "Finanzas para Emprendedores" (2011) integra la lista de best-sellers en la sección Finanzas de Amazon. Jorge Rojas Arzú Jorge Rojas Arzú es actualmente Director de la Maestría en Finanzas y Coordinador Ejecutivo de la Maestría en Administración de Proyectos Inmobiliarios de la Universidad Francisco Marroquín de Guatemala.
