Author Biography
Arturo Elias Ayub cursó el diplomado en alta dirección de empresas en el IPADE. Actualmente es director de alianzas estratégicas y contenidos de América Móvil, director general de UNO TV, director general de Fundación Telmex Telcel y participa en la edición mexicana de Shark Tank. Asimismo, es integrante de los consejos de administración de Grupo Carso, Grupo Financiero Inbursa, Uno TV, América Móvil y del Instituto Carlos Slim de la Salud. Previamente fue asesor de la dirección general de Telmex, director general de la pastelería El Globo y de la Sociedad Comercial Cadena. Fue presidente del equipo de futbol Pumas de la UNAM, con el que conquistó un bicampeonato de la Liga mexicana y el Trofeo Santiago Bernabéu. También ha sido directivo del club León, periodo durante el cual el equipo logró ser campeón del Torneo Apertura 2013 y del Clausura 2014. En 2012, Arturo Elias Ayub recibió el Premio CIMA, que otorga Universidad Anáhuac, como Líder del Año por su trayectoria profesional. Debido a que sus acciones fomentan la unidad entre los pueblos estadounidense y mexicano, y por considerarlo un modelo a seguir, el Comité Mr. Amigo lo nombró Mr. Amigo 2018.
