A trav s de las sentencias que aqu se analizan sistem ticamente destruy uno de los pilares fundamentales de la democracia constitucional, como es, el respeto a la soberan a popular y la separaci n e independencia de los poderes p blicos, mediante una interferencia ileg tima y grosera de un TSJ claramente politizado como vil instrumento del Ejecutivo y el partido de gobierno, el cual se encarg de exterminar, todas las facultades del parlamento de para dictar leyes, controlar los poderes p blicos, dictar su reglamentaci n interna y aprobar enmiendas constitucionales.
Este trabajo muestra con objetividad el peligro de una judicatura y en especial de una justicia constitucional al servicio de la pol tica y del poder, donde los intereses gubernamentales dictan la actuaci n cotidiana del Poder Judicial. Adem s, nos permiten verificar como Venezuela sali del cauce democr tico, al dejar a un lado su r gimen constitucional y los principios b sicos del Estado Constitucional de Derecho. Se trata, en suma de la historia de c mo el gobierno se apoder de todos los poderes del Estado, a espaldas de los resultados electorales que le fueron adversos, utilizando para ello a sus propios jueces como ejecutores de la ruptura del orden democr tico constitucional.
Se revisan decenas de sentencias que hablan por s solas, con la necesaria objetividad que requiere cualquier observador o analista imparcial, pero aportando siempre los comentarios personales de los autores, frente a cada una de las facultades legislativas constitucionales que fueron violadas y desconocidas por el TSJ.
