Author Biography
Carlos Bardem (Madrid, 1963) es actor y escritor. Licenciado en Historia y diplomado en Relaciones Internacionales, publicó su primer libro, Durango Perdido, en 1997. Su debut como novelista en 1999 le valió ser finalista del Premio Nadal con Muertes ejemplares. Su segundo libro, Buziana o el peso del alma, obtuvo el Premio Destino-Guión en 2002. En 2005 publicó La Bardem, las memorias de Pilar, su madre. Y en 2009, Alacrán enamorado (Plaza & Janés), llevada al cine en 2013. Mongo Blanco es su última novela.
