Losresultados se expresaron en tablas quedando que el grupo de edades que predominó fue el de 75 y más años para un 36,58 %, el sexo que más incidió fue el masculino con un 59,77%, en cuanto a actividad física un 65,97% la realizaban de forma insuficiente, segúnhábitos alimenticios el 57,7 % mantenían una alimentación inadecuada, en lo referente a hábitos tóxicos el 58,7 % consumían cafeína, según régimen de descansose ilustró que el 53,09 % no tienen un régimen de descanso adecuadoy del universo de pacientes en estudio la mitad padecen de cardiopatías .
