Dr. Yolanda Lewis-Ragland is a double board-certified physician through the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Board of Obesity Medicine, who has authored several books on nutrition and children's development. Her first book, Dr. Yolanda's S.O.U.L.TM Food Diet: 10 Secrets to Lose Weight, Burn Fat and Stop Food Cravings for Good was a best seller and helped transform the lives of many. Likewise, the inaugural book of her children's series, Naomi Negotiates a Healthy Lunch, has been featured in schools and child development centers and instrumental in teaching children about proper nutrition.
