Cristina Andrades es licenciada en Psicología por la Universidad de Sevilla y máster en Psicología General Sanitaria. Actualmente es directora del Centro Cristina Andrades, especializado en psicología, pedagogía y nutrición. Durante su carrera profesional ha basado gran parte de su formación y experiencia en las variables psicológicas relacionadas con la conducta alimentaria y la imagen corporal, colaborando como docente con diversas formaciones en torno a la materia y dedicándose en la práctica privada a la atención psicológica de estos casos. Es coautora de los libros Psiconutrición (2019) y Diario saludable desde la Psiconutrición (Vergara, 2020).
