Dee Ann Turner built and grew a thirty-three-year career at Chick-fil-A, Inc. In 2001, she became Chick-fil-A's first female officer--vice president, talent--responsible for franchisee selection, talent acquisition, talent management and development, diversity and inclusion, culture and engagement, and social responsibility and sustainability. She now leads her own company, Dee Ann Turner & Associates, helping organizations create and strengthen culture and talent to better serve customers.
