Author Biography
Melita Denning and Osborne Phillips are the joint authors of many successful and best-selling books on the development and practical application of the natural faculties of the psyche in dynamic relation to the living energies of the universe. These books include 'The Llewellyn Practical Guide to Astral Projection: the Out-of-Body Experience', and the Llewellyn Practical Guides to 'Creative Visualization', 'Psychic Self-Defence & Well-Being', 'The Development of Psychic Powers', and other titles. Their many years of study of Eastern and Western philosophies, of Jungian psychology and of the Classical Mystery Religions, and their practical experience of the spiritual techniques of the Western Mystery Tradition, amply qualify them as authorities in their field. After spending eleven years in the United States, working with the President of Llewellyn Publications, Carl Llewellyn Weschcke, in the creation of the series of Practical Guides and other specific titles for Llewellyn, they relocated to the United Kingdom in 1989.
