Linda K. Thompson is an independent scholar; formerly Professor of Music Education at Lee University, Cleveland, TN.
Janet Revell Barrett is Professor of Music Education and the Marilyn Pflederer Zimmerman Endowed Chair in Music Education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
