Jeanine Martínez de Urrea actualmente sirve como Directora del Instituto Reforma y diaconisa en la Iglesia Reforma en Guatemala, enviada por la Iglesia Bautista Internacional (IBI), de su natal República Dominicana. Ejerció por más de 10 años como Ingeniera Civil antes de servir a tiempo completo en misiones. Ha servido por más de 10 años como misionera trans-cultural, con enfoque en enseñanza bíblica, entrenamiento misionero y discipulado en el Sur y el Este de Asia, Australia y Latinoamérica. Es apasionada por hacer discípulos de Cristo de todas las naciones, a través del estudio y enseñanza de la Biblia, libro por libro. Tiene una Maestría en Estudios Teológicos del Seminario Bautista del Sur (SBTS), y otra Maestría en Ciencias en Ingeniería Sanitaria y Ambiental (INTEC).
