Ha impartido conferencias sobre el mismo tema y el desarrollo social en todos los países de habla hispana, en Australia, Bélgica y Francia, en muchas ocasiones invitado por los gobiernos. Es asesor ad-honoren de varios congresos de América Latina.
Ha sido invitado a disertar en el Congreso de Nicaragua, Honduras, la Comisión de Salud del Senado de la República Oriental de Uruguay, la Comisión de Familia del Congreso de la República de El Salvador y la Comisión de Niñez, Juventud y Familia del Congreso de Costa Rica.
