I first met Major General Karl Horst on a leadership tour of United States Central Command (CENTCOM) at MacDill Air Force Base, one of the most important military installations in the world. As CEO of the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning I was privileged to be in this group and honored when the General invited me to tour his office.
