Mónica Ojeda (Ecuador, 1988) es autora de las novelas La desfiguración Silva (Premio Alba Narrativa, 2014), Nefando (2016) y Mandíbula (2018), de los poemarios El ciclo de las piedras (2015) e Historia de la leche (2020) y del volumen de relatos Las voladoras (2020). Ha sido seleccionada como una de las voces literarias más relevantes de Latinoamérica por el Hay Festival en la lista Bogotá39 de 2017- y premiada con el Next Generation Prize 2019 del Prince Claus Fund por su trayectoria literaria.
