Laura Kenzel, recently widowed, follows her dream of becoming a pastor. Although she is only in her mid-forties, still atractive with auburn hair, brown eyes, and slim body, she is not interested in pursuing relationships. She works hard, graduates from seminary and strikes out to her first appointment in a small town United Methodist Church. Author Biography
Mary Lu Warstler was born in Oak Hill, West Virginia and is a graduate of Collins High School. She attended Ashland College for one year and thirteen years later returned to finish her degree in Elementary Education with a Minor in Music from the University of Akron. After teaching learning disabled students for two years, she enroled in Methodist Theological School in Ohio and received her Master of Divinity in 1980. She is an ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church, East Ohio Conference. She and her husband, Rodney (also a UM Pastor) have four children, nine grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. They now live in Copeland Oaks, a Retirement Community in Sebring, Ohio. Mary Lu enjoys reading, writing, painting and needlework of many kinds. She loves animals, especially cats, but has none since the death of her two Siamese and gray British Blue "wanna be."
