He has been trained in oral surgery, oral medicine and oral pathology. and is the author or co-author of more than 400 papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals. In addition, he wrote several books in the field of oral diseases. Isa臘 van der Waal has over 45-years of experience with the management of patients suffering from burning mouth disease.
