Katrina Harling was born and raised in Washington, DC. She was educated in the District of Columbia Public School system and furthered her education at the University of the District of Columbia (UDC) and the University of Maryland University College (UMUC). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, a Bachelor of Business Administration and Finance and a Master of Science in Financial Management and Information Systems. She is currently employed as a Budget Analyst with the U.S. federal government. Katrina was licensed to the gospel ministry in June of 2011.
