Con esta nueva edici n de mi libro sobre Trujillo, ahora corregido y aumentado con el nuevo t tulo de Biograf a de Trujillo, aspiro acercar al lector interesado en el conocimiento de Trujillo y su dictadura a una versi n fresca, pero a la vez acad mica, sobre este personaje y su tiempo.

FERNANDO INFANTE. Se ha dedicado en los últimos años a la investigación de la historia contemporánea cuyos resultados los ha presentado en las siguientes obras: Trujillo: Aproximación al hombre y su tiempo (Editorial Letra Gráfica, 2002); Los viejos días (Editorial Letra Gráfica, 2003), una historia novelada, con fondo autobiográfico que recrea la vida de la ciudad capital en los años cuarenta y cincuenta; Doce años de Balaguer, cronología 1966-1978 (Editorial Letra Gráfica, 2003, L.
