Richard is The Brand Guy. He lives in Sydney, Australia, with his wife Claire and three children, Nick, Sophie and Roxy. Richard runs motivational workshops and gives talks at conferences and seminars that challenge people and teams to "do epic shit" by taking them out of their comfort zone. He also does branding that rockets people and businesses to the outer stratosphere and beyond, with his mates Nick Beckhurst (their branding agency is called Brandcraft) and Carl Sherriff (the guy who does the illustrations for his books). Richard believes that every person has potential that extends far beyond their actual day-to-day lives. Instead of living and working 10/10 lives, we often settle for 7/10 because it gets the job done, it doesn't require us taking any risks or chances, and it keeps us in our comfort zone. Richard writes regular articles and posts for his own blogs (the-brand-guy.com; wakeuptiger.com) and is a regular contributor to other sites.
