Author Biography

Omowale Ru Pert-em-Hru is committed to the restoration of justice for Afrikan and other oppressed people of the world. He is the founder of Ukombozii and the Pan-Afrikan Society Community Forum (PASCF) and at the time of publication, is its Secretary. He also founded the Marcus Garvey Annual Memorial Lecture (MGAML). He has been involved in student and community activism since the 1990's. The Pan-Afrikan Society Community Forum (PASCF) is a Revolutionary Pan-Afrikanist organisation. In acknowledging the primacy of matter it is philosophically materialist. It seeks to make a contribution to the unification, liberation and development of Afrika and Afrikan people under scientific socialism. It regards the achievement of this objective as Afrikan people's contribution to the worldwide revolutionary movement.
