Author Biography

Sinem Derindere Köseoğlu is a well-known Associate Professor of Finance at Bursa Technical University, Turkey. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Istanbul University, Turkey. Dr. Derindere Köseoğlu also works as a finance consultant and provides services in business valuation, startup valuation, brand valuation, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, project evaluation, and feasibility works. She conducted many business valuation processes in different industries and prepared feasibility reports for new and expansion investment projects, securing funding for these projects.
