General Return Policy

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received.

Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all return requests.

Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product integrity standards, the following items cannot be returned if opened or used:

• Underwear

• Perfumes or colognes

• Custom-made or made-to-order items, including STORE 7994 signature hoodies

Additionally, any items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Luxury Item Restocking Fee

Items with a value exceeding $1,000 are considered luxury items.

A 7% restocking fee will apply to approved returns of luxury items. This fee reflects industry standards for handling and processing high-value merchandise and will be deducted from the refund amount.

International Shipping & Duties

Many of our products, particularly luxury items, are shipped directly from our trusted international partners across Europe and other global locations.

For orders shipped from outside the United States, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are non-refundable, even in the event of a return.

Returns & Associated Fees

All approved returns are subject to a return processing fee of $24, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and return processing fees will be deducted from the original payment upon return.
